Add user in the Microsoft 365 Group Dynamically via Power Automate as per DL
Below are the steps to add user dynamically to Microsoft 365 group as per user's event (added/removed) in Distribution list. Select the trigger action "When a group member is added or removed" while creating power automate. In the Group Id section, put the object Id of the distribution list. Insert condition action and check for the reason. When user gets deleted then there will be by default reason field's value "deleted". Then as per the condition you can add / remove user from the Microsoft 365 group. Below is the screen shot of the power automate for your ref:
